Food Preparation

The In-Duct units are ideal for commercial kitchens and food preparation areas. Washroom

Biozone's Restroom units help keep restrooms clean, odour free and sanitary. Flushing a toilet or urinal releases an explosion of tiny airborne droplets containing microbes that can coat every surface in a restroom. Refrigeration

Biozone's Freezer units are ideal for use in refrigerated storage where they destroy foodborne pathogens as well as spoilage organisms to provide extended shelf-life for meat, poultry, fish, and produce. Icemakers

Despite the low temperatures, ice machines can provide the perfect environment for bacteria with high humidity, condensation and water pooling. Many organisms can thrive in ice and on wet surfaces. The evaporator and ice storage compartments of ice making machines are an ideal environment for the proliferation of these micro-organisms.

Despite regular cleaning black or brown slime (bacterial biomass) may accumulate in difficult to reach areas or if not cleaned at all.
